The company's sales have grown from INR 2127.30 lakhs in 1997-98 to INR 160470.90 lakhs in 2011-12. The company's PBDITA has increased from INR 255.22 lakhs in 1997-98 to INR 11246.43 lakhs in 2011-12.

The equity base with reserves stand at Rs.10771.49 lakhs and gross asset base stand at  INR 54865.30 lakhs.

 

The Company made its maiden public issue of 18,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- at a premium of Rs.35/- per share. The issue was well subscribed. The listed and paid-up Equity Share Capital of the company is Rs.10.76 Crores with a shareholder base of 4495 as of 31st March, 2012.

The Company's Equity Shares are listed in Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and are regularly traded.
